If the startup of RA/2 fails with the following message:
RA2-R15: 00000014 BAKCODE FFFFFFFF RSNCODE 00000038 ABNDCODE FFFFFFFF
Reason code: 38: This means that RA/2 does not run authorized. Check if the LINKLIB is defined in the APF list and/or there is no concatenation of APF and NON-APF libraries within the STEPLIB data definition.
